เติบโตสู่ 24 องค์กรในปี 2569 (2026) 

สมาคมจิตอาสา (Volunteer Spirit Association: VSA Thailand) เดินหน้าสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้แก่ระบบการเรียนรู้ข้ามวัฒนธรรมและการพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน ด้วยการประกาศความสำเร็จในการขับเคลื่อนระบบ "VSA National Organization Network" (เครือข่ายองค์กรภาคีสมาคมจิตอาสาในประเทศ) ซึ่งในปี 2569 (2026) ได้ขยายเครือข่ายองค์กรภาคีสมาชิกเพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 24 องค์กร ทั่วประเทศไทย

การปรับปรุงโครงสร้างและระบบภาคีสมาชิกรายปี (Annual Membership Framework) อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ได้ช่วยยกระดับมาตรฐานการบริหารจัดการอาสาสมัครนานาชาติ การดูแลความปลอดภัย และการสร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่มีคุณภาพให้แก่หน่วยงานเจ้าภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง

สิทธิประโยชน์และกลไกการสนับสนุนองค์กรภาคีสมาชิก

หน่วยงานและสถานศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมในเครือข่าย VSA National Organization Network จะได้รับการสนับสนุนและสิทธิประโยชน์ครบวงจร ประกอบด้วย:

• การต้อนรับอาสาสมัครนานาชาติ (International Volunteer Hosting): สิทธิพิเศษในการรับอาสาสมัครต่างชาติทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาว เข้าปฏิบัติหน้าที่เพื่อสนับสนุนการสอนภาษา การพัฒนาเยาวชน งานสิ่งแวดล้อม และโครงการชุมชน

• การฝึกอบรมการบริหารจัดการอาสาสมัคร (Host Staff Training & Orientation): การจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการให้แก่บุคลากรและผู้ดูแลของหน่วยงานภาคี เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมด้านการดูแลอาสาสมัคร การสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรม และมาตรการความปลอดภัย

• การประชุมติดตามและแลกเปลี่ยนประจำเดือน (Monthly Coordination Meetings): เวทีประชุมประจำเดือนระหว่าง VSA Thailand และภาคีสมาชิก เพื่อติดตามผลการดำเนินงาน แลกเปลี่ยนแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี (Best Practices) และแก้ไขปัญหาร่วมกัน

• โอกาสการแลกเปลี่ยนในต่างประเทศ (Outbound Intercultural Pathways): สิทธิในการส่งนักเรียน นิสิต นักศึกษา บุคลากร หรือเยาวชนในเครือข่าย เข้าร่วมโครงการอาสาสมัครและกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนในต่างประเทศผ่านเครือข่ายพันธมิตรทั่วโลกของ VSA

4. โรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ 37 จังหวัดกระบี่ 

5. โรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ 60 จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 

6. โรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ 65 จังหวัดพัทลุง

The implementation of a structured Annual Membership Framework has successfully enhanced standard practices in international volunteer management, safety protocols, and quality educational integration for host institutions nationwide.

Institutions and educational host entities participating in the VSA National Organization Network receive comprehensive support and exclusive privileges, including:

• International Volunteer Hosting: Priority access to host short-term and long-term international volunteers to support language education, youth development, environmental projects, and community initiatives.

• Host Staff Training & Orientation: Hands-on training workshops for partner staff and host coordinators to ensure effective volunteer management, cross-cultural care, and safety measures.
