The accommodation is a cabin single room for two people. Then, have dinner and had a short meeting for tomorrow.

Tue 9/07 Day 1

In the morning session, we started the day by learning about the overview of Khao Yai National Park given by the staff and looking around the exhibition inside the visitor center. Next, we understood the concept of the WHV project, which includes the details for media content creators about the steps of creating content. These steps are as follows: Step 1 - identify your skills, Step 2 - site visit, Step 3 - sharing.

In the afternoon session, during the content creation process, we visited the Lamtakhong camping ground. At this location, we saw deer, and the tourists were camping and relaxing. Afterwards, we started the trail from Pha Kluy Mai to Haew Suwat Waterfall. This trail is 3km long with a diversity of nature.

At night, we are going to see the nightlife creatures around the national park. Hoping to see the elephant. Unfortunately, they are not ready to meet us, but we still have a chance!

Wed 10/07 Day 2

Morning Session:

We started at 9:00 and visited the first place, called the View Point at km 30. At this location, there is a sign indicating the World Heritage Site with a logo on a large stone serving as a landmark. We then proceeded to the Nong Phak Chi wildlife tower at km 33, where we walked approximately 300-500m to the wildlife watching tower. From this tower, we were able to observe many birds and search for wild animals such as elephants, gaur, deer, porcupines, foxes, and even wild boars. Our next stop was SaiSorn Reservoir, where we enjoyed a picnic and relaxed with friends, also witnessing a beautiful sunset.

Afternoon Session:

Two large groups worked on a project and produced various content, including TikTok videos, short films, comics, brochures, photo collections, and more. We also added logos to each piece of work to make them more official.

Evening:

We made a second attempt at elephant searching on a night safari. Although it was difficult to find elephants, we were able to see barking deer and foxes.

Thu 11/07 Day3

Morning Session — We started the day at 9:00 a.m. and visited the Pha Trom Jai viewpoint, which is the highest peak of the national park. The road to the viewpoint was narrow, but the view from the top felt like being in the clouds and was a bit cold. We also saw the base of an old military site up there. After that, we went to see the Heaw Suwat waterfall. We had to take stairs to go down and see the beautiful waterfalls, especially during the rainy season. We climbed the rocks to get closer to the water and took many photos. The sound of the waterfall was very relaxing. We then returned to the visitor center for lunch.

Afternoon Session— We started with the nature trails. The Visitor Center to Kong Kaew Waterfall trail is the shortest and easiest to trek, suitable for visitors of all ages. Then we went on the 3 km trail from Km. 33 to Nong Phak Chi, which showcases various forest types such as mature dry forest, secondary forest, and grassland. We rounded off the day with dinner and an update on our content project.
