กุมภาพันธ์ - มิถุนายน ทำวีซ่า 

กรกฏาคม       ปฐมนิเทศน์ / เตรียมการเดินทาง 

สิงหาคม         ออกเดินทาง

จบโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรม กรกฎาคม ในปีถัดไป
