During October, we had our school break, which gave us the opportunity to travel and explore Thailand. My trip started at the end of September when I went to Bangkok together with other volunteers. We spent about a week there, visiting famous sights such as Wat Arun and exploring the city’s rich culture. We also enjoyed the vibrant night markets and the local food scene.
Afterwards, we decided to travel south to Hua Hin to spend some time by the beach. We stayed there for about a week, relaxing, swimming, and exploring the surrounding area, including Cha-Am. While my friends continued their journey further, I stayed a bit longer to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
At the end of October, I returned to Bangkok, where I met other volunteers from different projects. We had a great time together before heading back to our placements.
Overall, October was an amazing month full of new experiences, beautiful places, and the chance to relax and enjoy Thailand’s culture and nature.
