International Volunteers Embark on Pilot Visit
to PRG 65 School Phatthalung

PHATTHALUNG — Following the highly successful VSA-RPG School Online Network Meeting held on May 26th, 2026, the Volunteer Spirit Association (VSA Thailand) has officially transitioned from digital planning to on-the-ground action. The online conference, which brought together 105 participants under the leadership of VSA Committee Member Wilawan Somrit (Director of RPG 24 Phayao) and VSA President Laksana Rodtrakul, sparked massive interest, leading numerous Rajaprajanugroh (RPG) schools across the country to apply for VSA partnerships.

On July 15–16, 2026, to  kick off the preparatory "visit season" for the upcoming volunteer exchange term, a VSA delegation led by Mr. Laksana Rodtrakul (President), Mr. Kajonsak Janmanee (Volunteer Coordinator), and two Austrian volunteers conducted a pilot site inspection at Rajaprajanugroh 65 (RPG 65) Phatthalung School. The team evaluated the school’s readiness to receive international volunteers and laid the groundwork for the incoming exchange cohort.

Preparing for the Next Exchange Cohort 

• Expanding the Network: The online network meeting in May opened the floodgates for new school collaborations within the RPG network. The pilot visit to RPG 65 Phatthalung marks the first physical assessment aimed at transforming these new applications into active, thriving volunteer placements.

• On-Site Preparation for the New Term: With the volunteer exchange season fast approaching, the delegation conducted thorough inspections of the school’s student dormitories and volunteer living quarters. These steps ensure a seamless, secure, and welcoming transition for international participants when they are deployed.

• Immersive Classroom Previews: VSA representatives and network partners engaged directly with local educators and students inside classrooms. Observing the classroom environment firsthand allows VSA to effectively match the incoming volunteers' skills with the school's unique curriculum goals.

• Bonds Forged Through Culture: The visit perfectly coincided with the school's vibrant celebrations for National Thai Language Day. International delegates were given a joyful introduction to local traditions, interacting closely with students dressed in gorgeous regional costumes.

With the visit season officially underway, VSA Thailand and its growing network of RPG partner schools are fully aligned, making certain that both host communities and the next wave of global volunteers are perfectly equipped for a deeply impactful exchange term.

VSA เตรียมพร้อมลงพื้นที่เยือน รร.ราชประชานุเคราะห์ 65 พัทลุง หลังโรงเรียนในเครือข่ายแห่สมัครร่วมโครงการอย่างล้นหลาม

พัทลุง — สืบเนื่องจากความสำเร็จอย่างล้นหลามของการประชุมเครือข่ายออนไลน์ VSA-RPG School Online Network Meeting เมื่อวันที่ 26 พฤษภาคม 2569 ที่ผ่านมา สมาคมจิตอาสาพัฒนา (VSA Thailand) ได้ขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานจากแผนงานดิจิทัลสู่การปฏิบัติจริงในพื้นที่แล้ว โดยการประชุมออนไลน์ครั้งนั้น ซึ่งมีผู้เข้าร่วมกว่า 105 คน ภายใต้การนำของ คุณวิลาวัณย์ สมฤทธิ์ (ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ 24 พะเยา และกรรมการสมาคม VSA) ร่วมกับ คุณลักษณะ รอดตระกูล (นายกสมาคม VSA) ได้จุดประกายความสนใจครั้งใหญ่ ส่งผลให้โรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ (RPG) หลายแห่งทั่วประเทศ ยื่นใบสมัครเข้าร่วมเป็นภาคีเครือข่ายกับ VSA

ล่าสุดเมื่อวันที่ 15-16 กรกฎาคม 2569 เพื่อเป็นการเปิดฉาก "ฤดูกาลลงพื้นที่เตรียมความพร้อม" สำหรับเทอมการแลกเปลี่ยนอาสาสมัครที่กำลังจะมาถึง คณะผู้แทนจาก VSA นำโดย คุณลักษณะ รอดตระกูล (นายกสมาคม), คุณขจรศักดิ์ จันทร์มณี (ผู้ประสานงานอาสาสมัคร) พร้อมด้วยอาสาสมัครชาวออสเตรีย 2 คน ได้เดินทางไปตรวจเยี่ยมและประเมินพื้นที่นำร่อง ณ โรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ 65 (รร.รปค. 65) จังหวัดพัทลุง โดยทางทีมงานได้ร่วมประเมินความพร้อมของโรงเรียนในการรองรับอาสาสมัครต่างชาติ และวางรากฐานที่มั่นคงสำหรับอาสาสมัครรุ่นใหม่ที่จะเดินทางมาถึง 

การเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับอาสาสมัครแลกเปลี่ยนรุ่นถัดไป

• การขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ: การประชุมออนไลน์ในเดือนพฤษภาคมที่ผ่านมา ถือเป็นประตูบานสำคัญที่เปิดรับความร่วมมือใหม่ๆ จากโรงเรียนในเครือข่ายราชประชานุเคราะห์ ซึ่งการลงพื้นที่นำร่อง ณ รร.รปค. 65 พัทลุง ในครั้งนี้ นับเป็นการประเมินสถานที่จริงครั้งแรก เพื่อเปลี่ยนใบสมัครเหล่านี้ให้กลายเป็นพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานจริงของอาสาสมัครที่เปี่ยมด้วยศักยภาพ

• การเตรียมความพร้อมในพื้นที่สำหรับเทอมใหม่: เนื่องจากฤดูกาลแลกเปลี่ยนอาสาสมัครใกล้เข้ามาทุกขณะ คณะผู้แทนจึงได้เข้าตรวจเช็กหอนอนของนักเรียนและที่พักของอาสาสมัครอย่างละเอียด เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการจากนานาชาติจะได้รับความสะดวกสบาย ความปลอดภัย และการต้อนรับที่อบอุ่นเมื่อเริ่มปฏิบัติหน้าที่

• การสัมผัสบรรยากาศชั้นเรียนอย่างใกล้ชิด: ตัวแทนจาก VSA และอาสาสมัครชาวออสเตรียได้ร่วมทำกิจกรรมและพูดคุยกับครูรวมถึงนักเรียนในชั้นเรียนโดยตรง การสังเกตการณ์สภาพแวดล้อมในการเรียนการสอนจริงนี้ ช่วยให้ VSA สามารถจับคู่ทักษะของอาสาสมัครที่จะเข้ามา ให้ตรงกับเป้าหมายหลักสูตรเฉพาะของโรงเรียนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด

• ถักทอสายสัมพันธ์ผ่านวัฒนธรรม: การลงพื้นที่ในครั้งนี้ประจวบเหมาะกับช่วงเวลาที่โรงเรียนกำลังจัดกิจกรรมฉลอง วันภาษาไทยแห่งชาติ อย่างมีชีวิตชีวา ทำให้อาสาสมัครต่างชาติได้สัมผัสกับประเพณีท้องถิ่นอย่างสนุกสนาน และได้มีโอกาสปฏิสัมพันธ์อย่างใกล้ชิดกับเด็กๆ ที่แต่งกายด้วยชุดไทยและชุดประจำท้องถิ่นอย่างสวยงาม

"กระแสตอบรับที่ยอดเยี่ยมจากการประชุมออนไลน์ในเดือนพฤษภาคม แสดงให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นร่วมกันในการขับเคลื่อนโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมและภาษา และการได้เห็นแรงขับเคลื่อนทางดิจิทัลนั้น แปรเปลี่ยนมาเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมในพื้นที่จริง ณ รร.รปค. 65 พัทลุง ถือเป็นก้าวแรกที่น่าประทับใจยิ่งสำหรับชุมชนของเรา"

การเปิดฉากฤดูกาลลงพื้นที่เตรียมความพร้อมในครั้งนี้ ทำให้ VSA Thailand และเครือข่ายโรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ที่กำลังเติบโต มีความพร้อมที่ตรงกันในทุกๆ ด้าน เพื่อสร้างความมั่นใจว่าทั้งชุมชนเจ้าบ้านและอาสาสมัครจากทั่วโลก จะพร้อมร้อยเปอร์เซ็นต์สำหรับเทอมการแลกเปลี่ยนที่จะสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงและแรงบันดาลใจอันยิ่งใหญ่ร่วมกัน
