Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to operational excellence and community impact, Volunteer Spirit Association (VSA Thailand) has actively embraced cutting-edge digital tools and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions.

Driven by the need to continuously modernize non-profit management and improve efficiency, VSA Thailand team members have completed a series of specialized digital transformation programs led by Infoxchange’s Digital Transformation Hub. 

Since 2025, VSA Thailand’s digital upskilling milestones include:

• Human-Centred Design & AI Integration (July 2025): Completed training on “Human Centred Design & AI Workshop: Bring your AI idea to life,” focusing on building user-first AI solutions for community programs.

• Custom AI Solutions & Workflow Efficiency (July 2025): Mastered custom AI building through “Achieve More with Gemini: How to Train Gems & Leverage Canvas to Support Lean Teams,” learning how to build customized AI "Gems" to fill organizational roles and refine workflows.

• Foundational Generative AI Capabilities (December 2025): Completed the 6-week intensive course “From Zero to Gemini-Hero in 6 weeks - Getting Started with Gemini,” empowering staff to streamline repetitive tasks, write structured prompts, and increase information processing capacity.

• Responsible AI & Non-Profit Confidentiality (July 2026): Certified in “AI in Focus: ChatGPT,” focusing on data privacy, ethical AI usage, hallucination risk management, and drafting non-profit grant applications safely.

Through these training programs, VSA Thailand continues to build a resilient, forward-thinking non-profit infrastructure that leverages technology to better serve local communities and manage international voluntary service programs safely and transparently.
