The Official Establishment Official Partnership with Faculty of Health and Sports Science, Thaksin University 

PHATTHALUNG — Following the landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between Thaksin University and the Volunteer Spirit Association (VSA Thailand) on May 15, 2026, the overarching alliance has rapidly evolved into practical, faculty-level operations. The university-wide agreement has served as a catalyst, sparking extensive collaboration across various departments and campuses.

To strategically implement the core goals of this partnership, a VSA delegation led by VSA President Mr. Laksana Rodtrakul, alongside Volunteer Coordinator Mr. Kajonsak Janmanee and two Austrian youth volunteers, paid an official visit to the Faculty of Health and Sports Science at Thaksin University (Phatthalung Campus) on July 17, 2026. The team met with the Dean, Dr. Wallapa Cheybuakaew, to operationalize high-impact community and educational initiatives.

The discussion successfully mapped out how the foundational MOU will bring direct value to the faculty:

• Activating the Academic MOU: Translating the structural agreement on intercultural exchange and volunteer activities into actionable programs specifically designed around sports science, public wellness, and community health.

• Language & Global Competency for Students: Creating active communication platforms where university students can practice English and build cross-cultural confidence by working side-by-side with VSA’s international volunteers.

• Community Health & Sports Volunteerism: Structuring joint outreach programs that allow students to apply their healthcare and sports science knowledge in volunteer programs tailored for rural communities throughout Phatthalung.

The strategic meeting concluded with both institutions fully aligned, demonstrating that the partnership between Thaksin University and VSA Thailand effectively bridges high-level institutional agreements with real-world global citizenship opportunities across all campuses.

VSA รุดหารือคณบดีคณะวิทยาการสุขภาพและการกีฬา ม.ทักษิณ พัทลุง สร้างความร่วมมืออย่างเป็นทางการระดับคณะ ต่อยอดบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ MOU

พัทลุง — สืบเนื่องจากการลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (MOU) อย่างเป็นทางการระหว่าง มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ และ สมาคมจิตอาสาพัฒนา (VSA Thailand) เมื่อวันที่ 15 พฤษภาคม 2569 ที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งได้เปิดประตูสู่การยกระดับการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ภาษา วัฒนธรรมนานาชาติ และกิจกรรมอาสาสมัคร ส่งผลให้เกิดการขยายกรอบความร่วมมือเชิงลึกไปยังหน่วยงานและคณะต่าง ๆ ในทุกวิทยาเขตอย่างรวดเร็ว

เพื่อขับเคลื่อนข้อตกลงดังกล่าวให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์ในทางปฏิบัติ ล่าสุดเมื่อวันที่ 17 กรกฎาคม 2569 คณะผู้แทนจาก VSA นำโดย คุณลักษณะ รอดตระกูล (นายกสมาคม) พร้อมด้วยคุณขจรศักดิ์ จันทร์มณี (ผู้ประสานงานอาสาสมัคร) และอาสาสมัครเยาวชนชาวออสเตรีย 2 คน ได้เข้าพบ ดร.วัลลภา เชยบัวแก้ว คณบดีคณะวิทยาการสุขภาพและการกีฬา มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ วิทยาเขตพัทลุง เพื่อประชุมวางแผนและสร้างความร่วมมืออย่างเป็นทางการ (Official Partnership) ในระดับคณะวิชา

การหารือร่วมกันในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการผสานพลังเพื่อการพัฒนาเยาวชนและชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน โดยมีประเด็นสำคัญดังนี้:

• การแปลงกรอบกรอบความร่วมมือ (MOU) สู่ภาคปฏิบัติ: นำข้อตกลงความร่วมมือด้านการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมนานาชาติและงานอาสาสมัครจากเดือนพฤษภาคม มาพัฒนาเป็นแผนงานเฉพาะทางที่สอดคล้องกับอัตลักษณ์ของคณะวิทยาการสุขภาพและการกีฬา

• การพัฒนาทักษะสากลและภาษาสำหรับนิสิต: มุ่งสร้างพื้นที่เรียนรู้และฝึกฝนทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในสถานการณ์จริง ผ่านการร่วมทำกิจกรรมและการแลกเปลี่ยนทัศนคติกับอาสาสมัครนานาชาติที่จะเดินทางเข้ามาสนับสนุน

• งานอาสาสมัครพัฒนาสุขภาวะและกีฬาชุมชน: ร่วมวางโครงสร้างกิจกรรมที่ดึงเอาองค์ความรู้เฉพาะทางของคณะฯ เช่น ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา การส่งเสริมสุขภาพ และการดูแลสุขภาวะ ลงไปช่วยพัฒนาและสร้างประโยชน์ให้แก่ชุมชนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดพัทลุง

บรรยากาศการประชุมเต็มไปด้วยความอบอุ่นและวิสัยทัศน์ที่มุ่งมั่นร่วมกัน ซึ่งการขยายความร่วมมือสู่ระดับคณะในครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นข้อพิสูจน์อันดีว่าความร่วมมือระหว่าง มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ และ VSA Thailand สามารถแปรเปลี่ยนจากบันทึกข้อตกลงบนแผ่นกระดาษ สู่การสร้างความเปลี่ยนแปลงและสร้างโอกาสระดับสากลที่จับต้องได้จริงในทุกวิทยาเขต
