VSA Storms Krabi! Inspecting 'RPG 37'
the 3rd Network School in Southern Thailand 

KRABI — Following the highly successful VSA-RPG School Online Network Meeting held on May 26th, 2026—which brought together 105 participants under the leadership of VSA Committee Member Wilawan Somrit and VSA President Laksana Rodtrakul—interest has surged across the Rajaprajanugroh (RPG) school network, leading to numerous new partnership applications with the Volunteer Spirit Association (VSA Thailand).

Moving quickly from digital planning to active field preparations, a VSA delegation led by Mr. Laksana Rodtrakul (President), Mr. Kajonsak Janmanee (Volunteer Coordinator), and two Austrian volunteers conducted an official site inspection at Rajaprajanugroh 37 (RPG 37) Krabi School on July 16–17, 2026. The visit aimed to evaluate the campus readiness and finalize logistics ahead of the upcoming international volunteer exchange term.

Preparing for the Next Exchange Cohort in Krabi

• Strategic Meetings with School Leadership: The VSA executive team and Austrian volunteers sat down with the administrators and faculty of RPG 37 Krabi. The meeting focused on structuring the upcoming language workshops, setting educational goals, and defining long-term intercultural integration frameworks.

• Comprehensive Campus & Facility Review: To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for incoming international participants, the delegation toured the school grounds, examining the learning facilities, classrooms, and communal campus areas to guarantee seamless logistics upon deployment.

• Immersive Classroom Engagement: The Austrian volunteers stepped directly into the classrooms to interact with the local students, who welcomed them with bright smiles and enthusiasm. Observing the students' learning environment firsthand allows VSA to tailor volunteer skills to match the school's mathematics, science, and language curriculums accurately.

• Strengthening Bonds Over Local Cuisine: Highlighting the warm hospitality of the southern region, the school staff hosted the VSA delegation and international volunteers for a traditional shared meal. This gathering fostered deep personal connections and celebrated the growing alliance between VSA and the Krabi host community.

VSA บุกถึงกระบี่! ตรวจเยี่ยม ‘ราชประชานุเคราะห์ 37’ โรงเรียนเครือข่ายแห่งที่ 3 ของภาคใต้ เตรียมลุยเทอมแลกเปลี่ยนใหม่ 

กระบี่ — สืบเนื่องจากความสำเร็จอย่างล้นหลามของการประชุมเครือข่ายออนไลน์ VSA-RPG School Online Network Meeting เมื่อวันที่ 26 พฤษภาคม 2569 ที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งมีผู้เข้าร่วมกว่า 105 คน นำโดย คุณวิลาวัณย์ สมฤทธิ์ และ คุณลักษณะ รอดตระกูล จนนำไปสู่การขยายตัวของภาคีเครือข่ายโรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ (RPG) ทั่วประเทศที่สนใจยื่นใบสมัครร่วมโครงการกับสมาคมจิตอาสาพัฒนา (VSA Thailand) อย่างล้นหลาม

ล่าสุดเมื่อวันที่ 16-17 กรกฎาคม 2569 คณะผู้แทนจาก VSA นำโดย คุณลักษณะ รอดตระกูล (นายกสมาคม), คุณขจรศักดิ์ จันทร์มณี (ผู้ประสานงานอาสาสมัคร) และอาสาสมัครชาวออสเตรีย 2 คน ได้เดินทางลงพื้นที่เพื่อตรวจเยี่ยมและประเมินความพร้อม ณ โรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ 37 (รร.รปค. 37) จังหวัดกระบี่ ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในโรงเรียนที่สมัครเข้าร่วมเครือข่าย เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมและวางรากฐานสำหรับเทอมการแลกเปลี่ยนอาสาสมัครต่างชาติที่กำลังจะมาถึง

การเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับอาสาสมัครแลกเปลี่ยนรุ่นถัดไป ณ จังหวัดกระบี่

• สร้างความร่วมมือกับผู้บริหารและคณะครู: ทีมงาน VSA และอาสาสมัครชาวออสเตรียได้ร่วมประชุมอย่างเป็นทางการกับคณะผู้บริหารและอาจารย์ของ รร.รปค. 37 กระบี่ เพื่อหารือเกี่ยวกับแผนการจัดการเรียนการสอน โครงการแลกเปลี่ยนภาษา และแนวทางการสนับสนุนการศึกษาในระยะยาวร่วมกัน

• ตรวจเช็กสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและพื้นที่โรงเรียน: คณะผู้แทนได้เดินสำรวจพื้นที่ภายในโรงเรียน อาคารเรียน และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ เพื่อประเมินความปลอดภัยและความเหมาะสมของสถานที่ ก่อนที่จะมีการส่งมอบอาสาสมัครต่างชาติเข้ามาปฏิบัติงานจริงในภาคเรียนใหม่นี้

• เข้าสัมผัสบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้อย่างใกล้ชิด: อาสาสมัครชาวออสเตรียได้เข้าไปเยือนห้องเรียนและทักทายเด็กๆ ซึ่งได้รับการต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเองจากนักเรียนในชั้นเรียน การร่วมสังเกตการณ์การสอนวิชาต่างๆ ช่วยให้อาสาสมัครเข้าใจความต้องการและสามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับหลักสูตรของโรงเรียนได้ดียิ่งขึ้น

• กระชับสายสัมพันธ์ผ่านมื้ออาหารท้องถิ่น: คณะผู้แทน VSA, อาสาสมัครชาวออสเตรีย และคณะครูอาจารย์ของโรงเรียน ได้ร่วมรับประทานอาหารท้องถิ่นร่วมกัน บรรยากาศเต็มไปด้วยความอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง ถือเป็นการต้อนรับและสานสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างองค์กรและชุมชนเจ้าบ้าน

"ความกระตือรือร้นของคณะครูและเด็กๆ ที่ รร.รปค. 37 กระบี่ ในช่วงวันที่ 16-17 กรกฎาคมที่ผ่านมา แสดงให้เห็นว่าการขับเคลื่อนจากเวทีออนไลน์ในเดือนพฤษภาคม สู่การลงพื้นที่จริงในภาคใต้ครั้งนี้ จะสร้างความเปลี่ยนแปลงและเปิดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ระดับนานาชาติที่ยอดเยี่ยมให้แก่เยาวชนในพื้นที่ได้อย่างแน่นอน"

การตรวจเยี่ยมพื้นที่ใน "ฤดูกาลลงพื้นที่เตรียมความพร้อม" ครั้งนี้เสร็จสิ้นลงด้วยความประทับใจ พร้อมความร่วมมือที่แน่นแฟ้นระหว่าง VSA Thailand และโรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ 37 กระบี่ ซึ่งต่างมีความพร้อมเต็มร้อยในการต้อนรับและสร้างสรรค์สิ่งดีๆ ร่วมกับอาสาสมัครจากทั่วโลกในเทอมใหม่ที่กำลังจะมาถึง
