A prestigious new international collaboration with the Service National de la Jeunesse (SNJ) Luxembourg. Starting in the summer of 2026, this partnership marks the launch of a specialized one-year Long-Term Volunteer (LTV) program under the global umbrella of the UNESCO World Heritage Volunteers (WHV) Initiative.
This initiative is made possible through a strategic coordination partnership involving Better World (South Korea), KVSA (Kenya), and Amvac (Mexico), creating a powerful intercontinental network dedicated to the preservation of cultural heritage and sustainable community development.
This initiative is anchored by a powerful coordination partnership, bridging expertise from across the globe. Key partners include:
Better World (South Korea): Regional coordinator for the WHV Initiative.
VSA Thailand: Lead host for Southeast Asian heritage missions.
KVSA (Kenya): Partner for African heritage and community-led conservation.
Amviac (Mexico): Partner for Latin American sustainable development and cultural promotion.
Through this network, young volunteers from Luxembourg (deployed via SNJ) will be placed in Thailand, Kenya, and Mexico to support critical, high-impact missions.
Get Involved
This initiative officially joins the World Heritage Volunteers 2026 Campaign, themed "Working on the Future." By hosting volunteers for a full year, VSA Thailand and its partners aim to foster "Global Citizens" who are equipped to protect the world's shared history for the next generation.
