Appointment of the Volunteer Spirit Association (VSA Thailand) Executive Committee for the 2026-2027 Term
Following the Annual General Assembly held on October 17, 2025, the Volunteer Spirit Association (VSA Thailand) is pleased to formally announce the appointment of the new Executive Committee for the 2026-2027 term.
The committee members and their respective positions are as follows:
President: Laksana Rodtrakul
Vice-President: Jarinya Krittikan
Secretary: Parin Charoenchanaporn
Hostess: Diyaporn Wisamitanan
Committee: Phra Win Siriwatthano Mektripop

The President of VSA Thailand warmly welcomed Annamaria, an Accounting professional from Development Perspectives, Ireland, under the PreLab project funded by MSCA, European Commission. 17th September to 20th of November 2025
ICL camp 8–20 September 2025 at Songkhla wrapped up with great success! Our volunteer tutor, Itzel, from Mexico was unstoppable. She shined in every task and inspired everyone around her. 🌟 Nothing could hold her back! 💪✨
VSA Thailand Director, Jarinya Krittikan, was a speaker at the webinar “Rethinking Gender (In)Equality in Global Volunteering” held on 5 September 2025. The event was organized by the CCIVS Youth Committee and the ICYE Youth Engagement Committee, in alignment with EU Youth Goal #2: Equality of All Genders.
📢 VSA launches a new pilot project at RPK 33 Lopburi on 29 August 2025.
💚 President Laksana Rodtrakul visited the project as a model for sustainable volunteer engagement in education.
🌍 The initiative will bring intercultural learning, English support, and global citizenship activities to students.
🌍 VSA2508-1 Intercultural and Language (ICL) Camp held in Nakhon Ratchasima, 11–30 August 2025.
👩🏫 International volunteers joined hands with local teachers to enhance English and cultural learning.
💚The program fostered friendship, skills, and global understanding among students and communities.
🌏 VSA kicks off the One Year Program 2025–2026 Orientation Week from 21–28 August 2025 at RPK 24 School, Phayao.
👩🎓 15 international volunteers joined the training before starting their journeys.
📍 They will contribute to 5 community projects across Thailand throughout the year.

On 19 August 2025, VSA volunteers from Mexico, Belgium, and Japan joined hands with Thai teachers to organize a lively English Camp for students at Ban Phanchana School.
Professors and medical students from the Health & Wellness Community Study Visit Camp joined the celebration of Indonesia’s 80th Independence Day at the Consulate in Songkhla on 17 August 2025. The event fostered international friendship, educational cooperation, and cultural exchange.

Mr.Laksana Rodtrakul, President of the Volunteer Association (VSA Thailand) in the International Volunteer ServiceNetwork, Parin Chareonchnaporn, former VSA Thailand Outgoing, and Phra Winthra Mektraiwop, co-founder of the Volunteer Spirit Network in Thailand, were interviewed on the "Wan Mai Variety" program, during the "Nakorn Heal Jai" segment on Thai PBS on December 25, 2024.
