Bitter melon stir-fry with egg

Ingredients:

3 Eggs eaten

1 bitter melon

Cooking oil

Garlic

Bitter melon is a familiar fruit, have a lot of beneficial to health. In term of Oriental medicine, bitter melon can fight with cancer cells, detox, treat acid reflux and indigestion. Especially, bitter melon have lots of vitamin, proteins, iron and so on can improve skin,remove and prevent acne. So that we should eat bitter melon regularly. Have many ways to cook with bitter melon but today, I will share everyone “ BITTER MELON WITH EGGS”.Let’s get started !!!!!!!

Bitter melon with egg so easy to cook. Firstly clean bitter melon and cut it to half( length- wise) then scoop out the seeds. Slice bitter melon thinly. Next step, heat oil in pan and stir fry garlic until garlic changes colour and fragrant. Put bitter melon was sliced into pan and stir fry about 3-4 minutes, pour egg beaten around bitter melon. Stir fry until egg& bitter melon are cooked and dry. Finally taste with salt, sugar and little pepper.

Note: Dark green bitter melon is more bitter than light green. If you don’t like bitter favour, you can rub a small amount of salt on the half bitter melon few minutes before slicing. In my viewpoint, I really enjoy the bitterness of bitter melon.
