How to get there
While Hat Yai is the transportation hub of southern Thailand, so it is very easy to go to Hatyai from Bangkok.
The State Railway of Thailand provides daily rapid and express train services from Bangkok to Hat Yai. There are six trains departing each day from Bangkok's HuaLumphong Railway Station that service Hat Yai. Travel time is about 17 hours. For further information visit www.railway.co.th

There are several ways from Bus Terminal,HatYai Train Station and the Airport to VSA Thailand Office
2. TukTuk (Local transportation – Price not more than 50 Bath). Just inform them you want to go Palmspring at the corner, take around 45 mins.
Several domestic and international air carriers have daily flights connecting Bangkok and other Thai and Asian cities to Hat Yai.

Tell the driver that you are going to get off at Palmspring at the corner. Take around 20 mins and you have to walk around 15 mins to the office.

TukTuk (ตุ๊กตุ๊ก) little vans are everywhere in Hatyai pained red or blue color. They are different from the tuk tuks that you find elsewhere in Thailand as they have four wheels compared to the original ones that only have three wheels.
Song taew (สองแถว) is a kind of truck-based bus running in the city. There are several routes and colours. The route and the fare are fixed. It can be stopped at any point along the route by pressing the buzzer. The route is displayed on the front and side of the vehicle, albeit in Thai.

Gimyong Market (ตลาดกิมหยง) is a local market in the center of Hat Yai city. It is famous for itsimported snacks from Malaysia and Singapore. A lot of the imported snacks, like potato
chips, arecheaper here than in the rest of Thailand. The market itself has many small stalls nestled on narrowalleyways. Here you can buy anything from clothes, fruit, snacks, nuts, food, fresh flowers and evenmake-up, perfume and more.
